	How do I open the files I have downloaded?

Solution In order to access to files you have downloaded onto your computer, you are going to need a zip utility software. This will unzip the compressed file(s) that you have.

In some cases Windows PC's will have a simple built in utility, simply hover your mouse of the zipped file and use the 'right mouse button' to see if you have an option to unzip files.

The most commonly used zip utility ( and we also recommend it) is WinZip (http://www.winzip.com) . You can download a free trial version.

There are also free zip utility software programs you can use.

Just follow instructions inside of the program to learn how to use it.
