When you are adding a product to your basket " add to cart" the product is automatically added to your order and you may continue shopping. If you look at the top right hand side of your page you will see the shopping basket image and your item has been added.

Then once you are ready to checkout simple 'Register ot Login" at the top right, or bottom left and your products will be waiting for you there.
