When you complete your purchase from Master-Resale-Rights.com you will be sent an email to the email address that you provided at checkout. This email is generated automatically by our store so you should receive it very soon after ordering. If you do not get that email, please submit a support ticket here and we will do our best to get those downloads to you right away.

Inside the email that was automatically sent to you, will be the list of products that you purchased, plus the download links to those products. (the download links begin with "http" and end with a series of letters and numbers).

Click (with left mouse button) on those links, and select "Save" from the "File Download" window that will pop up.

After selecting "Save", you will be prompted as to where on your computer that you would like to save this download to. This is your choice, but if you are new to downloading, we recommend that you save it to a very easy to locate location, as in your "My Documents", or on your "Desktop".

Once you have chosen your save location, click 'save", the file will then be copied from our website on to your computer, in the location that you selected.

Now the file is on your computer.

To access the file that you have just downloaded, you will need to navigate to that file to open it. Let's say you chose to save it in "My Documents".

• Click on "Start" at the bottom left side of your computer.
• Go to "My Documents"
• Look for the new file that you just downloaded, it will be a zipped (compressed) file.
• Double click on that file to open it, You will need a file compression software to access it, we recommend WinZip, you can get it here http://winzip.com. There are also free alternatives like: http://www.7-zip.org/.
• Once you open the zipped file you will need to extract the compressed files into a standard folder on your computer.

To Extract Zipped files:

• Open the zipped file (double click file to open).
• In Winzip select, from top of program "Actions >> Select All" This will grab all files inside the zipped folder.
• Then select "Actions" again, and choose "Extract".
• This will open a new dialogue box and allow you to choose the location to extract the files to.
• Following the same principles as above, choose the desired location on your computer to extraxt the files to, ie, "My Documents"
• Highlight the desired folder to extract to by clicking on it one time.
• Select "Extract" (button on bottom right side of the currently opened window).

You now have your files downloaded, unzipped and ready for you to process in anyway that you deem neccesarry.
