Our download email is an automated delivery system.  It sends out the download links once the payment has been completed to the email address that you provide.

What might have happened is that your email service provider has seen this (automated) email as possible spam and drop it on your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.

In most cases you can correct that setting in your email client.

We also provide several additional downloads of your products, just in case you lose any of them, or had problems with the email.

Just submit a support ticket here, give us your order ID # (If you have it) , and we will send you your download links ASAP.
