Solution That's a good question that I had to confer with our owner on, and he stated that "to his best assessment" that the product, as it is, with salespage, graphics and the like, MAY NOT be given away, but the product(s) with permission to disassemble (as he put it), or "break down into articles" no longer constitute that as the original product, and therefore MAY be offered as an online ecourse, or informational tutorial with no violation of original 'Reseller Agreement".

So In short, you DO have permission to offer the product as requested.
