Solution You are not required to have your buyers adhere to the Reseller Agreement, unless you are going to pass on PLR or MRR rights to them.

For instance: If you sell an ebook, and do not want your customers to be able to also resell that ebook once purchased from you, then this is a simple retail purchase and no "Reseller Agreement" is required.

If you want to pass on Resale or Private Label Rights to your buyer then they must abide by the Reseller Agreement.
