If you purchased a product with "Personal Use Rights", "Resale Rights", or "Master Resale Rights" then our company (Resale Enterprises) is the publisher.

If you purchased a product complete with "Private Label Rights", then this passes the publisher rights over to you as well. So you and/or your company becomes the publisher.
