Verizon will deliver anything from addresses in your Safe List directly to your inbox. So, you’ll need to add our From address to your Safe List.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In your Verizon inbox, click Options.
• Click on the Block Senders tab.
• The Block Senders screen includes both the Block Sender List and the Safe List. Find the point where it reads, "Enter e-mail address or sub domain to always accept even if the domain is blocked."
• Type or paste into that space the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Save the changes
