To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering SpamButcher does. To do that, you add our From address to your Known Senders List.
- First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
- Open Spam Butcher.
- Click the Configure button.
- Choose the Known Senders tab.
- In Known Good Senders and Recipients, click Add.
- In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
