If you want our emails to reliably get past Spam Sleuth, you’ll need to exempt it from the filters. You do this by adding our From address to your Friends list.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open Spam Sleuth.
• Open the File menu and select the Configure option.
• Find the Friends category, and select Active.
• In the space provided for the list of friends, make a new, blank line.
• On this new line, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click OK.
