If you want our emails to reliably get past Spam Inspector, you’ll need to exempt it from Spam Inspector’s filters. You do this by adding our From address to your list of Friends.

• Open your Inbox.
• Get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• On the Spam Inspector toolbar (or the menu), select Manage Friends List.
• In the Add a New Friend area, select the E-mail option.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the Add button, which is the one marked with >>.
• Click Close.
