There are two reasonably easy ways in Outlook 2003 to exempt an address from the filtering Outlook does.

The easier way:

• Open your most recent email from us, then select Mark as Not Junk.
  

The slightly harder way:

• Add our From address to your Personal Contacts in your Address Book.
