In Outlook 2007, the spam filters are tougher than ever. To reliably have our emails delivered to your inbox, you’ll need to either add our From address to your Address Book or to your list of Trusted Senders. The latter is more certain, but you might consider doing both, to be sure. Here’s how to add us to your Trusted Senders:

• Open the Outlook Tools menu.
• Select Options.
• In the box that opens, click Junk Mail Options.
• Select Trusted Senders.
• Click the Add button.
• Type or paste into the space provided the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click OK.
• That should take care of it.
