With Oddpost, you can exempt our emails from filtering by flagging it as "Not Spam". Unfortunately, you can only do that if it’s been misidentified as spam at least once.

• Search your Probably Spam folder for an e-mail from us.
• If you find one, select it.
• Click Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam.
• That should prevent future misidentifications.
