To have our emails reliably get to your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from MailWasher’s filters. You do this by adding our From address to your list of Friends.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In MailWasher, select Tools.
• Next, select Blacklist & Friends.
• In your Friends List (over on the right), click the Add button.
• Select the Plain e-mail address option.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click OK.
• Click OK again.
