To reliably get our emailsdelivered to your Lycos inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from the Lycos e-mail filters. To do that, you add our From address to your Sender White List.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In your Lycos mailbox, click Options. (It’s over on the left.) \
• Click Spam Filters.
• Select the Add to allowed address list tab.
• In the space to the left of From, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the Add button.
• The address you entered will be added to the list and displayed below the form.
