If an address is in your Do Not Block List, Juno won’t prevent messages from that address from reaching your inbox. So, you’ll need to add our From address to your Do Not Block List.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open your Juno inbox.
• Click Advanced Features.
• Select Do Not Block to open your Do Not Block List.
• In the space provided below Add Address to Do Not Block, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click Add.
• Click Save.
