How do I whitelist for Windows Live (Hotmail, MSN, Sympatico, etc.)?
Solution

If you get your e-mail through a Microsoft provider-including Hotmail, MSN, or Sympatico-Windows Live is the way you do it. (If you’re still using one of these without Windows Live, keep reading.)

To reliably have Windows Live deliver our emails to your inbox, you’ll need to add our From address to either your Address Book or your list of Safe Senders. (In the old versions, it’s called your Safe List.) The Address Book method works for all versions, so let’s start with that one.

  • Open your most recent e-mail from us.
  • Windows Live: Click the Add Contact link just below the From address.
  • Old versions: Click the Save Address button on the right, at the top of the e-mail.
  • If necessary, click OK.

You can also add our From address to your Windows Live list of Safe Senders like this:

  • First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
  • Click Options (over on the right) to open the mini-menu.
  • Select More Options at the bottom of the list.
  • Choose Safe and Blocked Senders.
  • Click Safe Senders.
  • In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us. \
  • Click the Add to list >> button.

Thanks for whitelisting Resale Enterprises.
