To reliably have our emails get to your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from the blocking Cloudmark does. To do that, you add our From address to your Smartlist.

• First, find the most recent email from us that Cloudmark mistakenly put in your spam folder or Deleted Items.
• On the Cloudmark toolbar, click the Unblock button.
• When Cloudmark asks whether you want to always receive e-mail from this sender, click Yes.
