To get your emails from us, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering CleanMyMailbox does. To do that, you add our From address to your Whitelist.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open CleanMyMailbox and click the Whitelist button.
• Type or paste into the space provided the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the Submit List button
