• To get Choicemail to deliver our emails to your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering Choicemail does. You do that by adding our From address to your list of Approved Senders. There are a couple of ways to do this.

The easier way:

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open Choicemail and go to your Unknown Senders list or your Senders Waiting for Your Approval list.
• Select our From address from the list.
• Click the Approve Sender button.
  

The slightly harder way:

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open the Senders menu.
• Select Manually Approve a Sender.
• Type or paste into the space provided the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Save.
