At Charter.net, addresses in your Contacts list are exempt from being treated as spam. You can make sure you reliably get our emails in your inbox by adding our From address to your Contacts.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Select the Addresses tab.
• Click the New Contact button.
• You’ll see the Brief View, which is fine for this purpose. In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
