Adelphia will deliver anything that comes from an address in your Contacts List directly to your inbox. So, you’ll need to add our From address to your list of Contacts. There are two ways to do this.

The easy way:

• Find a message that’s from us somewhere in your Adelphia mailbox.
• Select that message.
• Click the Add Contact button. (It’s a rather small icon next to the From address.)
  

The slightly harder way:

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from one of our websites.
• Click the Contacts button.
• Select New Contact.
• You’ll see the Brief View, which is fine for this purpose. In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from a resale Enterprises website.
• Enter a Display Name to go with this Contact. (You can’t create a contact without one.)
• Click OK.
