Private Label Rights give you the ability of not only acquiring the full Master Resale Rights to a product, but the ability to actually edit the contact of the product, and add your own name, or company as the originator of that product.

For instance, if you purchased and ebook with Private Label Rights (PLR), then you can alter the authotrs name and website link , and change them to your own, and you can do so without violating any copyrights, as you have purchased those as well.

As with Master Resale Rights, the purchased product will be accomapnied by a "Resellers Agreement", with certain terms, and rules that you must abide by.
