To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering SpamPal does. To do that, you add our From address to your Whitelist.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click on the SpamPal icon in the Windows system tray. (SpamPal must be running, or the icon won’t be there.)
• Choose Add to Whitelist.
• Type or paste into the text box the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the Add button.
