To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering SpamNet does. To do that, you add our From address to your Whitelist.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In your Outlook Inbox, find the SpamNet toolbar and click Options.
• Choose Advanced.
• Click the Whitelist tab.
• Click the Add button.
• Type or paste into the supplied space the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the OK button.
• Click OK again, then Yes, then OK one last time.
