To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt our From address from the SpamCop filtering process. To do this, you add it to your Whitelist.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open your web browser and go to: http://webmail.spamcop.net/
• Log into your SpamCop account.
• In the toolbar, click on the Options icon.
• Under Mail Management, click SpamCop Tools.
• Choose Manage your personal whitelist.
• Find the place where it reads "Click here to add to your whitelist", and click on Click here.
• In the first empty slot, type or paste in the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click Submit.
