To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering SpamButcher does. To do that, you add our From address to your Known Senders List.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open Spam Butcher.
• Click the Configure button.
• Choose the Known Senders tab.
• In Known Good Senders and Recipients, click Add.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click OK.
• Click OK again.
