To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering SpamBuster does. To do that, you add an Exception to the filters for our From address.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open the SpamBuster Spam Settings
• Select the Exceptions tab.
• Click the Insert button.
• Set What to Domain name.
• Set Condition to Equals.
• Set Matches to [PUBDOMAIN].
• Set Case to No.
• Save and close the settings.
