To have our emails reliably get to your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering that Symantec’s Norton Antispam does. You do this by adding our From address to your Allowed List.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In Norton Antispam, open the Options.
• Check the AntiSpam box to make sure Allowed List is selected.
• Click Add.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Enter a Description for this address that you’ll be able to easily recognize later.
• Click OK.
• Click OK again.
