Netscape will reliably deliver any message from an address in your Address Book to your inbox. So, you’ll need to add our From address as a Contact in your Address Book.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open your Address Book.
• Click Add Contact.
• Type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us into the Other e-Mail box.
• Make sure to click the radio button marks this as our primary e-mail address.
• Click Save.
