If you want our emails to reliably get past MailShield and into your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from MailShield’s filters. You do this by adding our From address to your list of Friends.

• Open your Inbox.
• Get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• On the MailShield toolbar, click Friends.
• Click Add.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Click the OK button.
