For our emails to reliably get into your inbox, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering Mailblocks does. You do this by adding our From address to your Accept Mail From list.

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Open Mailblocks.
• Select the Addresses tab.
• Click New.
• In the space provided, type or paste the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Under Receiving Options, select Accept Mail From This Address.
• In Other Options, un-select Display in People Picker.
• Click Submit.
• Click OK.
