NetNanny uses the EmailProtect spam filtering system. To get our emails, you’ll need to exempt it from the filtering EmailProtect does. To do that, you add our From address to your list of Safe Addresses. There are two ways to do this.

The easy way:

• In the system tray, double-click the EmailProtect icon to open EmailProtect.
• Find and select your most recent e-mail from us, whether in the Quarantine list or the Inbox History.
• On the toolbar, click Accept.
• Click OK.
  

The slightly harder way:

• First, get the From address from your most recent email from us.
• In the system tray, double-click the EmailProtect icon to open EmailProtect.
• On the toolbar, click the My Filters option.
• Select the Safe Addresses tab.
• Type or paste into the space provided the From address from your most recent email from us.
• Save the addition to your list.
